Vanpool Deduction for Impacted Biweekly Employees

Vanpool deductions were missed based on a file that was submitted in error on 09/09/2018, with an effective date of 06/02/2019.  It was requested that the file be deleted, but it was not.  As a result, impacted employees will see the missed deduction, along with their regular parking deduction taken on the 07/10/19 pay check.  

Transportation has notified impacted employees via email and will be sending a follow-up communication via the USPS this week to those employees who do not have a valid email address on file.
