The HRPOC-South partners with Campus Human Resources - Employee & Labor Relations and provides assistance in the following:

  • Consultation and interpretation of policy and collective bargaining agreements
  • Progressive disciplinary process and grievance responses
  • Background check clearance
  • Layoff coordination
  • Response to subpoenas requests
  • Response to union information requests
  • Representation in employee disputes/grievance proceedings
  • Mediates resolution of complaints with employee representatives
  • Training supervisors and managers on best practicee in areas of performance management, discipline, grievance handling and other ER/LR matters
